How should I prepare for my Dungeons and Flagons session?

Please ensure you arrive at the venue 15 minutes before your session's start time so that your Dungeon Master can kick off your adventure on schedule. You can enter Fortress Melbourne on Sundays via the retail store located on the Lower Ground of Emporium Shopping Centre. Remember to bring a valid form of ID as it is a fully licensed venue.
Can I bring my own dice?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own dice on the day. Alternatively, we recommend using the provided Digital Dice Roller throughout your session for a seamless gaming experience.
Are there any specific Terms and Conditions to be aware of?

Yes, please take note of the following Terms and Conditions: Valid ID is required and checked upon entrance to Fortress Melbourne, which is a licensed venue. If you book separately or less than 6 tickets, you may be paired with other adventurers, as each table has a maximum capacity of 6. Beginner and Intermediate ticket holders will not be paired in the same group. If you wish to play with friends, ensure you purchase the same ticket type. All participants must present a pre-booked ticket on the day, arriving on time to avoid any disruptions to the session. Tickets for this event are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once, with a request made 72 hours before the event start time. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed in the venue. Any guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Minors are not permitted in the venue past 8:00 PM. For compliance, minors are recommended to participate in the 1:00 PM session, as the evening session will end at 7:55 PM for underage attendees. Drink tokens must be redeemed on the day of the event, and outside food or drinks are not allowed.
